Sanfrecce’s League campaign got off to a slow and nervous start. MIZUMOTO Hiroki made his debut on the left of the defence, and David MUJIRI also debuted after 74 minutes.

NAKAJIMA continued in his improvised centre-back role after playing there in pre-season. Up front, LEE stood in for HISATO who must have picked up a knock in the final practice game against Giravanz Kitakyushu.

Do you know an interesting english forum that speak of J-League?? I am the admin of the spanish J-League forum, but i need more information.
What do you think about new signs? I like Mizumoto, but i dont’t know Ante Tomic and Mujiri.

Congratulations, follow with the blog please.🙂

    Hi there

    Try bigsoccer’s Japan forums: http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=1068

    I started a Sanfrecce thread here: http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1351964&page=4

I agree that Mizumoto is the best long-term prospect. Mujiri is a good signing for this and maybe next season, then he will be too old. It is important to have competition for the attacking midfield position, because either Takayanagi or Takahagi is always injured. At the moment it is Takayanagi with knee problems. But Mujiri is experienced like Stoyanov, so i think he is useful also for the education of the team.

Tomic I don’t like so much – he is not experienced even at the age of 27, and seems prone to injuries. I think he is only a backup for Nakajima, even though he took the #5 shirt.

Feel free to post comments if you want to discuss anything.🙂

I forgot to add, I am also looking forward to seeing how Nishioka develops. He is just out of University so he has the most potential of any of the new players, but I think he is injured or otherwise unavailable because he did not play in any pre-season games.
